I visited this restaurant a few times during my stay at the Grand Hyatt for breakfast and dinner. The food is decent, some options are good. I’m vegetarian and they have a few starter options but just one vegetarian main course. So having to visit multiple times wasn’t exciting for me. The dessert is great. Overall, decent food but wouldn’t want to go more than once. The staff I got different times was a different experience. One of them was quite confused while taking the order and also got a wrong item once. The ambience is great and super convenient location and timings.
Sorry for the picture where I have already eaten a few bites, but once i tried a bite of the steak and brussel sprouts I knew I needed to leave a review. It was easy to make a reservation through the Hyatt app; our server Pratyush was very attentive to our needs and did very well to make sure we were taken care of during our meal. The wine suggestion was good and the steak and scallops (I had the steak, my wife had the scallops) were both cooked perfectly to our liking. Sitting next to the window looking at Union station made for a cool experience and having such a good restaurant at the bottom of our hotel made it very convenient. If you are staying at the Grand Hyatt and don’t want to venture far this is a great option to consider.
I so enjoyed my brunch! Avocado Toast was as delicious as it was beautiful! I highly recommend.
Went for a business lunch. There were six of us and we had a reservation. The service was painfully slow and there were at least three wait staff members working the table. The food on the other hand was delicious. Had the bright harvest bisque so creamy and bright just like described $10, also had the romaine with shrimp salad $32. I am from Florida and these shrimp were huge. A little tough but still good. Others at the table had the heirloom tomato salad with salmon $28. The venue was nice and bright. Very expensive though.
My husband and I arrived just as TNG opened. We were greeted immediately and taken to our table. Our waiter Marcus promptly delivered our water, wine and N/A Spritzer. We shared Lamb Ribs starter, Local Lettuces salad and Bavette Steak 45 prepared medium rare. We’ve never had this cut but it was tender and had great flavor. Marcus was absolutely brilliant in explaining each dish we asked about and giving many details of how each dish is flavored. Even though it wasn’t busy the food didn’t come out super fast which to me indicates that our meal was made fresh! The menu is not extensive but this may be by design. Prepare few things best rather than many things mediocre. This is the best food we’ve eaten since being in Nashville. We’re here another few days and maybe we’ll come back to try another dish. Also, the Mango lassi dessert was a nice end to our meal.
12/10 dining experience in Nashville. Would highly recommend. THE best shrimp and grits of my life. Seabass was delightful. Even the appetizers were incredible. Our waitress was so kind and patient with us. The atmosphere is perfect too for an upscale night out.
I ate here several times for breakfast, lunch and dinner while staying at the hotel. All of my meals were very good and I had great service, especially from Aru who served me a couple times. Great burger cooked perfectly (rare) and the fries were perfect crispiness satisfied my burger craving. The bison carpaccio was unique, had great flavor, and was a generous portion. The dessert which I can’t remember what exactly it was, was delicious. Smoked salmon hash was pretty good, not remarkable. Tuna melt was good, a little bit liquidy which was interesting. Still tasted good and the salad with it was very refreshing. Great spot to grab any type of meal, recommend especially if you’re staying at the grand Hyatt.
Very nice place to eat whether you are staying at the hotel or in the area. We came here for breakfast. Richard and Debbie took care of us. Very kind and accommodating. Food was also presented nicely. Also, the portion sizes were very good. Would definitely come back. Also the restaurant/dining area itself were very clean and the decor was very nice.
